About the Course

Marvin Hachmeister 10K Road Race - This challenging course is run through the streets of Manhattan and Kansas State University. This is a chip-start to chip-finish. All finishers will receive a medal. This course is USATF certified typically but we have to run an alternated course this year so it is NOT certified.

2 Mile Fun Run/Walk - This event is designed for non-competitive runners and walkers.  Men, women and youth are combined into a single event that begins at 10 am. The 2 mile fun run and walk are both TIMED this year! Awards are given to the top 3 in each age group. The course for the 2 mile is contained mostly within City Park and is USATF certified typically, this year we are running an alternate course and it is NOT certified.
